Welcome to our gorgeous, upscale residence in Algonquins Historic District - just steps away from downtown parks, shops and restaurants.

Fox 14 Marina is conveniently located just across the river, offering boat slips, a public launch, fuel, rentals, and other boating services—making it easy to enjoy the Fox River and Chain O’ Lakes.

The main upper level is light and bright with water views from almost every room and sliding doors across the riverfront.

The breathtaking great room has huge, vaulted ceilings, water views, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, 10-foot island with breakfast bar seating, dining area and living area with television.

Step into the adjoining sitting room with water views and dedicated coffee and beverage bar, fridge, and sleeper sofa.

There are two beautifully decorated dedicated bedrooms - one with river views and one with garden views and two full bathrooms - one with a shower (master ensuite) and one with soaking tub.

Step out on to the private oversized deck spanning the entire length of the building and overlooking the river.

The lower level is light and bright with river views from every room. It has a 2nd living area with a fully equipped kitchen with island, breakfast bar seating, stainless-steel appliances and open concept living room with television, sleeper sofa, full bathroom with shower, and one bedroom.

Enjoy sunset views from the upper-level deck with sitting area and outdoor dining table or the lower-level exterior patio with seating area & dining table - or enjoy the shared dock on the water.

- overnight boat parking on the shared dock must be arranged in advance.

This is located in the Historic Old Towne District of Algonquin. It is walking distance to parks, shops and a variety of quaint restaurants for dining. It is just north of the Algonquin dam which is at the southern end of the lower Fox River. This section of the river runs 17 miles north to the locks which then connects with the upper Fox River and Chain of Lakes.

The Fox River runs through the village, offering parks, trails, and recreational areas.

Algonquin is a centralized location 10 minutes away from Barrington, I-90, Huntley, Crystal Lake, Cary, or Fox River Grove and about 40 miles (64 km) northwest of Chicago: Close enough for a quick commute, yet with a suburban feel.

Major Roads: Algonquin Road (IL‑62), Randall Road, Hansen Road, with connections to US‑14 and I‑90 Tollway for regional travel.

Available for minimum of 5-day rentals.   Washer & dryer available for extended stay guests.
